Uniqso Review ♥ ICK Elegant Violet ♥ Circle Lenses on Light Blue Eyes

It's time for another circle lens review again, the second out of four in a row! This time it's for the ICK Elegant in violet. I wanted to go for a fantasy colour for once, which suits my light eyes without looking too much like a cosplay. And I love them.

Short summary: What are Circle Lenses?

Circle Lenses are like usual contact lenses, just that their diameter is larger than the regular ones. Soft contact lenses are around 13,8 mm in diameter - Circle Lenses (which are btw always soft so they can contain more water) are often 14 mm, 15 mm or more. This makes your eyes look bigger and dollier. You can also play around with different designs and colours, so you have a great variety for makeup looks or cosplay characters. I personally wear them to enlarge my eyes because I think it looks cuter with the bold makeup I wear daily. Furthermore, they often have prescription, so if you're just as blind as me, you don't have to wear glasses, and they last about a year.

Uniqso has a reeeally huge range of circle lenses, wigs and lashes.  They are founded in Malaysia and guide their shop since 2011. With over 800 different lenses from different brands like Kimchi, EOS, I.Fairy or Beuberry they are a big company with a lot of featured bloggers. I think they have really cheap prices and I heard that their wigs have a good quality as well. Moreover, their packaging is adorable, which is perfect for me since I love cute packagings so much. Design and Colour: I love the unique design of them. The black outer ring is not super bold because it is a little "blurry", as you could already see in the stock photos. They blend into my natural eyes perfectly, or at least the transition from violet to light greenish blue is flawless. The violet is really not too vibrant nor invisible. You notice that it's not a blue when you look at them, but it's not like they would be a plain neon violet which you could see sometimes when you search for fantasy coloured lenses. This is why I love them! In my personal opinion they could be a liiiittle larger, because I love spooky alien eyes, but they already give you a pretty huge doll effect. 8.5/10 ♥.

Comfort: I didn't feel any dryness when wearing them and didn't have any problems inserting them either. I think they are perfectly fine for anyone, since they aren't too big. I wore them for a couple of hours and didn't feel a difference, so I'm happy! 9/10 ♥

Price: $22.90, the average price for Circle Lenses when you buy them for uniqso. 9/10 ♥

Uniqso & shipping: The shipping was 15$ with DHL Express to Germany, which is the cheapest shipping option for my country. I believe there's also free global mail but it's unfortunately not avaiable here. But at least I got a tracking number and my order arrived within 1-2 weeks, which is just amazing. I didn't have any problems with customs - I never have, so I'm happy about that. And Uniqso itself is amazing as always and I love their customer service. If you have questions or concerns, you always get a quick response. Perfect! 9/10 ♥

I got a ton of new circle lens reviews coming up for you this and the next week, so be prepared! This one is the first review out of four, and it's about the ICK Garnet Brown from uniqso! I wanted to have a pair of cute brown circle lenses which make my light greenish blue eyes appear in a dolly fawn brown. I already had some struggles with finding a brown pair, because in my experience it often looks a little strange if the graduation between the brown and the blue of my real eyes is too visible. But to be honest, I think I found the perfect pair with these. I'm so happy *v*

You get a free lens case in a random colour for every pair of circle lenses you purchase. This time I got a baby pink lens case - jackpot ♥

The glass bottles are extra padded again! And the packaging is just the most adorable thing ever.

Rating

Design: What I like about the design is that they are not unnatural, but at the same time not boring at all. The colour gets a little darker on the outside and the outer ring is barely noticeable. This makes them perfect for a daily usage. The black inner dots lets the brown blend nicely into the natural eye colour. They don't appear too alien-large on the eyes when you wear them, even though they're pretty decent with a diameter of 15mm. You know what? Straight 10/10 ♥.

Comfort: I didn't have any problems inserting them at all and wore them for about 6 hours straight without noticing any dryness. So far I'll give them a 10/10 ♥ because I haven't noticed anything negative. I can recommend them for beginners!

Colour: LOVE IT. As I've already mentioned a couple of times, the brown blends nicely into my light eyes without making too much of a colour difference. My eyes don't appear in a strange blueish-brownish mud tone, but in a cute, dolly light brown. Unless you go close you won't even notice my light eyes, and in rooms with bad light you won't even notice anything strange at all. The inner colour of the circle lenses is really light, so from some angles the brown could seem rather greenish brown (because apparently it's brown and blue = green) but it's still great! 8/10 ♥

Price:  22.90$, which is the usual price range of a nice pair of circle lenses from uniqso. 9/10 ♥

Uniqso & Shipping: My order arrived a little later than usually, but mainly because of all the christmas stress. I don't have any problems with that, so I don't really care. The shipping (DHL Express is the cheapest option to Germany for 15$) was as fast as possible, a tracking number was provided and I didn't have any problems with customs. Purrfect. 7/10 ♥

All in all: 9/10 ♥
